Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Amberfield Corner Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
