Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
