Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Sable Manufacturing is a Jackson manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
