Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
