Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Bright Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Jackson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
