Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Fern Freight Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
