Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Hospitality and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
