Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Houston. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
