Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Lumen Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
