Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Quill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Houston working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people based in Houston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
