Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Honolulu area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 657 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
