Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Meridian Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
