Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Rowan Civic Services supports public agencies in Honolulu with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
