Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
