Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Hartford with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
