Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
