Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
