Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Maple Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
