Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Clear Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Grand Rapids design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
