Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
