Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Bridge Legal Group is a Grand Rapids practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
