Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
