Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Wilder Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 729 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
