Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
