Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
