Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Wren Civic Services works with county and city offices around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
