Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Pine Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
