Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Maple Housing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
