Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Field Medical and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
