Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Basin Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
