Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
