Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Ridge Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
