Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
