Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Cross Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
