Bluepeak Forge Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
