Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
