Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
