Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from El Paso, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
