Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around El Paso, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
