Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Harbor Energy Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
