Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
