Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Energy and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
