Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
