Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Lakeside Freight is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 201 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
