Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
