Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Energy Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
