Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Junction Markets Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
