Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Meridian Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
