Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Freight Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
