Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
